Filtration with the filters made of ALUPOR™ has the numerous advantages over traditional filtration materials. ALUPOR™ has high volumetric porosity (about 55 %) which provide good permeability and longer life cycle. The structure of ALUPOR™ gives increased contaminant capacity and filtration degree.

Filter elements in the form of discs are avalable for order with the diameter up to 650 mm. If you would like to order please send us a request with designation of thickness, diameter and pore size. The example for order:

FED 150-2 (315-630) – 10 pcs.

means Disk filters, 150 mm diameter, 2 mm thickness and pore size 315 - 630μm, 10 pcs.

An open porosity material, porous aluminum has been applied for filtration of different media. A few examples of types: Filter Discs, filter cylinders, Filter Plates, Filter Tubes, Fine clean filters, Liquids filters, Hot gas filters, Hydraulic filters, Cooling water filters and more.

We make filters and filter cells with differend shapes and sizes by your specifications starting from unique single products up to serial product: pre-filtration (coarse filters), filtering membranes, filter discs, filter plates, and more. Filters made of porous aluminum can be easily cleaned/ regenerated by surface treatment, back  washing;  solvent washing, roasting or calcination. The filters service life can be extended up to 5-7 years by this manner. Items made of porous aluminum can be installed for consolidated purposes, for example, filter – silencer. Filter-silencers decrease the noise level and clean the exhaust air in pneumatic equipment.

Aluminium is regularly used for heat transfer as this material has high termal conductivity. This characteristic together with high porosity and open-porous structure give Alupor some extra advantages; porous aluminium can combine such applications as filtering and heat exchange.

Metal filters and sintered filter cells are intended for fine and coarse cleaning in industrial compressed air systems, air and technical gas supply, ventilation and dust removal; in industrial air supply systems for removal of water and oil emulsion or fog from the air.

Metal filter ensure the protection of your sensitive instruments and expensive equipment (i.e. gas distribution stations, oil and gas gears and pumps, etc) from oil, water, dust and other contaminants with 100% efficiency and reliability that can be achieved only with metal filters. Porous metal filters ALUPOR are installed in numerous equipment in oil&gas industry, compressed air equipment, chemical industry. The particles till 5 microns can be removed from the liquid or gas media with low level of pressure drop.
